2012 Annual Return Now Online

Posted on: 18/12/2012

Online Version

The Accountancy Board wishes to inform you that warrant holders and firms may now complete their Annual Return for 2012 and effect the necessary payments electronically.

You will note that most information in the 2012 Online Annual Return has been pre-populated from the 2011 Annual Return (even if this had been submitted manually). To this effect, you will only be required to fill in any changes to that information if you submit your Annual Return online.  This will undoubtedly facilitate and expedite the submission process from your end.  We therefore strongly recommend all warrant holders to resort to this method of submission.

Please note that if you have not submitted the 2011 Annual Return or did not settle your 2012 Annual Registration Fee and, if applicable, the 2012 Quality Assurance Regulatory Fee, you will not be able to complete the 2012 Annual Return until such prior year submissions are made through the Accountancy Board website.

Manual Version

Alternatively, warrant holders and firms may fill in the manual version of the 2012 Annual Return, which has also been uploaded in the Downloadable Forms section.

Deadlines for Submission

For all those warrant holders who submit their 2012 Annual Return and settle the applicable fees online through the Accountancy Board web portal, the Board has granted an extension in the submission deadline to the 31st March 2013. The manual submission of the hardcopy of the 2012 Annual Return, along with the payment of the applicable fees, must reach the Accountancy Board by no later than 31st January 2013.
