Reprimands published on an anonymous basis

In terms of Article 14 of the Accountancy Profession Act (Cap. 281), the Accountancy Board has issued  on 14^th April 2021 a reprimand, to be published anonymously, against five (5) warrant holders for having failed to (1) submit the Annual Returns when due, and (2) pay the Annual Registration Fees when due, for a number of years, and this in contravention of Article 15(1)(a) of the Accountancy Profession Act (CAP 281) and Directive 3 - the Accountancy Profession (Annual Return and Registration Fees) Directive.
