Approved Accountancy Body

In terms of Article 9 of the Accountancy Profession Act (Cap. 281), the Accountancy Board hereby recognises the Malta Institute of Accountants as an approved accountancy body for accountants in Malta.
Such recognition is being granted for the purposes of the provisions of the Accountancy Profession Act (Cap. 281) and the regulations, directives and guidelines enacted under it.
The Board may suspend or withdraw such recognition at any time.
This recognition is effective as from 1st January 2024.
