Accountancy Profession (GAPEE) Regulations

By virtue of Legal Notice 299 of 2023, the Minister has issued the Accountancy Profession (General Accounting Principles in Respect of Certain Eligible Entities Related to the Business of Insurance) Regulations.
The objective of this regulation is to prescribe general accounting principles that shall be adhered to by eligible entities related to the business of insurance which comply with all the criteria set out in the Regulation. This Regulation is applicable for financial reporting periods commencing on or after 1 January 2023.
